Our objective is to always better meet the expectations and needs of our customers; Nordways has set up its own research and design department. In collaboration with health professionals and podiatry experts, we confront practice with expertise. We study, we test, we invent the work shoes that will meet your every need.

Innovation as a Leitmotif
Through the design lab, we study and choose areas for improvement for our creations. We build our trend books thanks to the implementation of a technological watch in research and development. We are revisiting innovation by diverting technique, for example by using parachute fabric or carbon fiber for the manufacture of our models. We are inspired by the latest advances in textiles and technology to create the shoe of tomorrow.
The Concept'Shoes
Making prototypes is the way to get an idea out of your mind and confront it with the world.
Constantly in search of the shoe of the future, at Nordways we are launching into production prototypes, each more innovative than the next. Our goal is to find new avenues of development for our shoes.
Each model in our collection is designed from a drawing that has been digitized for use in technical production. At the Design Lab, we work on designing products that are ever more comfortable, more technical and more aesthetic, taking into account everyone's expectations and constraints in order to constantly offer more innovative products that are always more suited to everyone's needs.
