Regardless of the withdrawal period provided for by the Consumer Code (see in our general sales conditions), You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for free. Returned items must not have been worn or used. They must always bear their label and be returned in their original packaging. We do not refund or exchange any Nordways products purchased from authorized resellers.
