In which country are Nordways shoes made?
Our production is almost 100% European. We manufacture in Italy, Sweden, Germany and Eastern Europe. Only 2 or 3 first price models are imported from Asia.
Do you still have stock?
95% of our range is stocked. Models that are not are listed in the catalog.
I would like to become a reseller, how should I proceed?

Can you send me POS? Catalogs, Tripli, Technical sheets ....
Catalogs and tripli can be downloaded from the site on the page Download>.
You need POS in paper format for your shop, trade show, etc. Contact the sales department on 04 75 61 76 09.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order at Nordways, it's customer service that matters most to us.
I placed an order yesterday, can I add something?
Your order is already in preparation, an addition will not be possible. Be sure to prepare your orders well in advance to avoid this unforeseen event.
Are samples charged?
Samples are considered an ordinary order. You have the possibility to request a foot that we send for free.
For all questions relating to an order in progress (balance, delivery date, delivery order, return, etc.).

Frequently asked questions about deliveries
What are the delivery delays?
The shipping of your orders is done on average within 48 hours. DPD France takes 24 hours for delivery, or 72 hours in all. Allow 1 more day if your order leaves with Calberson (pallet).
How much must my order reach to benefit from the postage paid?
Your order must reach 30 pairs to benefit from Franco.
Note: There are no shipping costs for the remainders
How much are the delivery costs?
It all depends on the weight of the package. We keep shipping costs as low as possible by using packing boxes that can hold 20 pairs.

If I place an order today, when can I receive it?
We are for example Monday, your order will be registered on Tuesday morning. It will be prepared Tuesday during the day. The shipment will take place on Wednesday and you will receive it on Thursday (DPD France).
