We went to meet the professionals, those who accompany us on a daily basis for the implementation of the shoe models of tomorrow. Comfort, safety, beautiful material… At Laurent Le Daniel, best pastry worker in France, Nord'Ways is unanimous!

Laurent le Daniel is a big name in Breton gastronomy. The pastry chef, best worker in France, has been living in Rennes for 18 years. Always in search of perfection and simplicity, Laurent le Daniel does not talk too much about himself but prefers to express himself through his pastries, chocolates, macaroons and cakes. Maison Le Daniel now has 4 shops, a laboratory and 40 employees in the must-see capital of Champagne. Today, Laurent Le Daniel is surrounded by pastry chefs, chocolate makers, caterers, vendors, thanks to whom the Pastry shop thrives.
All passionate about the good and the beautiful and willing to share them with as many people as possible.
We met Mr. Le Daniel in Rennes in one of his shops to present him the partnership project "Nord'Ways shoes the great chefs"
Step 1: Definition of needs
Following a first interview with the best worker in France, important points are highlighted. For production teams, the emphasis must be onnon-skid which is the first decisive criterion. Then come comfort and ease of maintenance. In addition, Mr. Daniel insists on the fact that it is important to have elegant shoes even when you are not in contact with customers. The women of Mr. Le Daniel's team show a real interest in being able to wear more feminine shoes.
For sales teams, at the store counter, the first criterion is elegance. Then comes the anti-slip because these people may have to go to the kitchen; Work shoes must not leave marks on the floors in order to have a place of sale always clean. And of course the shoes must be comfortable and comfortable to wear.
The different needs of Laurent le Daniel's teams established, the Nord'Ways sales department set out in search of models that could meet all the requirements of its new ambassador.
Step 2: Nord'Ways pre-selection
In order to meet all the needs of Mr. Daniel and his teams; the Dan, Brice and Sophie models were presented for the production teams all in black.
The 3 models offered are 20345 SRC standard, with a safety tip resistant to a pressure of 200 joules. They have passed the highest level of non-slip testing. All in microfibers, so they are easily machine washable. The sole can be washed with a water jet every day. In addition, we have offered the Brice model and the Dan model. The profiles of these 2 models of safety moccasins are quite different; the Brice is a little wider while the Dan model is more refined with its unique seam on the back of the heel.
In order to meet the demand of women, we offered the Sophie model, comfort, safety and femininity guaranteed!
For the teams at the sales counter, these are the models Cécilia and Célia. Their chic and elegant side and their non-slip were recommended.
Step 3: Testing and evaluation phase
For 4 months the safety shoes Nord'Ways have been put to the test. From the traditional Saint Honoré to the latest creation "Le Boréale" chocolates and macaroons; Nord'Ways shoes were in high demand. Sugar, flour, melted chocolates, fresh fruit, they will have seen it all! The Brice, the Dan the Sophie and the Célia were put in extreme professional situations. This allowed them to highlight their strengths.
End of the test period! It was the Dan model and the Sophie model who managed to get everyone to agree!
The Brice having a slightly wider fit, the choice of the men's team fell on the Dan. As for the Célia model, the women of the team preferred the Sophie for its top-comfort sole and enhanced safety.
