While traveling in the capital of French gastronomy, we stopped at Chef Christophe Roure's restaurant:
Located in the Brotteaux district of 6rd Lyon district, the gastro freshly decorated with 2 macaroons in the Michelin Guide this year opened its doors to us.
Best worker in France in 2007, the Chef is truly passionate about gastronomy. Always in search of perfection, Christophe Roure has served in prestigious houses such as Régis Marcon, Paul Bocuse ...
He first thinks his creations from a technical angle and then brings his personal, sensitive and creative touch to them to create the true culinary experience.
The Chef is a real creator of emotion!
The dining room with elegant and refined decoration; Furnished with light wooden tables, chairs covered with soft green felt and luminous hanging lamps in crumpled paper, the transparency and the play of lights create a soothing atmosphere.
It is in this atmosphere conducive to creativity that Nord'Ways was commissioned to find the ideal shoe for the restaurant at 9rd art!
8 Nord'Ways shoe models have been tried out by Chef Christophe Roure's teams.
Kitchen shoes

The kitchen shoe models were appreciated with a small preference for the Dan.
The Dan is the high-end kitchen safety shoe par excellence: A technical design, quality materials for a model that never disappoints. Its FULLTECH microfiber is water-repellent, ultra-resistant, super flexible, and breathable to ensure comfort and safety. Washable at 30°C, the Dan is easy to maintain. The "dual position" elastic velcro closure allows a perfect fit on the instep... Read more
Service shoes for the indoor team
The Giulio won the Palme d'Or, in fact the leather service shoe model is very comfortable, even from the first day of testing.
One of the team members told us that he had sensitive feet and was still injured on the first day of trying out a new shoe, but not with the Giulio model, he immediately felt good and no warm-up came. disturb him during his service.
The research project for the ideal shoe for Chefs won over Christophe Roure, the Michelin-starred Chef of the restaurant Le Neuvième Art.
He sent us his “sincere thanks” for this ambitious initiative.
