Where are Nordways shoes made?

Our manufacturing is almost 100% European. We manufacture in Italy, Sweden and Eastern Europe. Only a few entry-level models are imported from Asia.

Do you always have stock?

95% of our range is in stock. Models not in stock are indicated in the catalogue.

How do I become a retailer?

Can you send me some POS material? Catalogues, technical data sheets, etc.

Catalogues and technical data sheets can be downloaded from the website. If you need POS material in paper format for your shop, a trade fair, etc., please contact customer services on 04 75 61 76 09.

Orders

Is there a minimum order?

At Nordways, we have no minimum order. Customer service is what matters most to us.

I placed an order yesterday. Can I add to it?

Your order has already been sent off for preparation, and an addition will not be possible. Make sure you prepare your order well in advance to avoid this unforeseen event.

Is there a charge for samples?

If you require a complete pair, with a specific size, your request is considered as an ordinary order. You can request a display shoe, which we will send you free of charge.

Deliveries

What are the delivery times?

Delivery takes 5 working days.

If I place an order today, when can I expect to receive it?

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the next day.

After 2pm: on a Monday afternoon, for example, your order will be registered on Tuesday morning. It will be prepared on Tuesday during the day. It will be dispatched on Wednesday and you will receive it on Thursday (DPD France).

How much does my order have to be to qualify for free delivery?

Your order must reach 30 pairs to qualify for delivery free of charge.

How much are delivery charges?

It all depends on the weight of the parcel. We keep delivery costs to a minimum by using cardboard boxes that can hold 20 pairs.
