PROTECTIVE GLOVES FOR CUTTING
To protect you from hand cuts—which are extremely common in the food processing industry—the Manocut glove has been specially designed for use in food cutting operations while protecting against the risk of cuts. This cut-resistant glove, intended for light-duty handling, provides high cut protection (Level F) while offering excellent dexterity.
Suitable for food contact with all types of food, it is ideal for the preparation, processing, and cutting of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. When cutting meat that requires force, this glove is intended for the hand holding the knife, while the other hand should wear a chain-mail glove.
Ambidextrous & Ultra-Lightweight Gloves
This glove is ambidextrous and designed without fiberglass. The gloves are pre-washed for immediate use and to ensure dimensional stability. Enjoy a better fit and improved positioning while remaining very comfortable to wear thanks to its elastic knitted cuff.
Its ultra-lightweight design (30 grams for a size 9 glove), along with its thin profile, allows the wearer to apply less pressure to the knife handle while maintaining control of their movements, thereby reducing the risk of fatigue.
