This week we are heading to Haute Savoie, more precisely in the town of Annecy le Vieux.
Stop at the two-starred restaurant, " The Clos des Sens », A beautiful building overlooking the city of Annecy.
A contemporary room inspiring elegance and serenity invites us to enter a world where plays of light and magic come together.
The larch and spruce garden that borders the establishment as well as the blue stone of Savoy symbolize the authenticity and the power of the culinary bias of the Chef 2 * Laurent Small.
The Chef: Laurent Petit 2 *
It was in 1984 during an internship with Michel Guerard (Les Prés d'Eugénie), that he had a revelation. There he discovered a world that amazes him and since that day, cooking has guided him on a daily basis.
Its cuisine: Lacustrine and vegetal
His promise: To make us cross new thresholds of taste intensity!
Confit trout, monkfish bottarga soup from Lake Annecy, Beluga lentils, Colrave lacquered with Salagine saffron, flight of mushrooms, green cabbage mille-feuille tart, smoked féra… We quickly let ourselves be transported by Laurent's cuisine LITTLE, let's let go!
But to let go, you have to keep your feet on the ground above all.
This is what the chef and his team are looking for, in particular his second in the kitchen, Chef Derouet:
"A comfortable and nice model in terms of the look"
To meet the demands of Clos de Sens, we have tested the models of kitchen safety shoe next: The Classic Run, Then and Brice in black color
And for room service, the Giulio and Romans.
Guess which Clos des Sens's favorite model is?
The Run Classic wins the best kitchen shoe challenge.
Its strengths:
- Grip: thanks to the NW RUN sole, learn more.
- Comfort: A breathable and antibacterial 3D mesh lining as well as a dual density sockliner with energy absorber.
- The look: Trendy, finally a kitchen safety shoe stylish!
"For me, comfort means forgetting your feet, it's the first time I've worn a shoe that is both comfortable and with a nice look"
We would like to thank the entire Clos des Sens brigade as well as his second in the kitchen, chef Derouet for the time spent in our quest for the ideal shoe.
