New challenge: Restaurant Les Cèdres en Nord'Ways!

The Restaurant Les Cèdres located in the Drôme between tain l'Hermitage and Romans, in Granges-les-Beaumont proudly displays its 2 stars in the Michelin guide.
3 generations have succeeded each other at the head of the kitchens of this gourmet restaurant. Today we find there the Bertrand brothers with Jacques in the kitchen and Jean-Paul in the dining room.
With their know-how acquired from the most prestigious names in gastronomy such as Pic in Valence, at Martinez in Cannes or at Gravity manor's in England, Bertrand brothers masterfully manage the family establishment, combining comfort, refinement and simplicity.
In the kitchen, the team of 12 people strives to combine delicacies and creations from regional products and traditional dishes to which they bring a touch of originality and inventiveness.
In the dining room, a team of 10 people, as discreet as they are efficient, works to place customers in the ideal conditions to discover and enjoy the flavors and the beauty of the place.
The specialties that will make your mouth water:
- Royal langoustine puff pastry with Hollandaise sauce.
- Monsieur Chabert's half-pigeon in two ways.
- Roast rack of lamb with thyme flower.
- Duck foie gras ravioli.
- The apricot cake from Drôme.
The Chef's philosophy
Offer a sincere and creative cuisine full of elegance and refinement, made from regional products that puts pleasure and emotion at the center of the place and the dishes.
The first star came in 1991 and the second in 2007. Today, Les Cèdres restaurant has been built around this history: a family atmosphere that guarantees warmth and authenticity.
To meet this high level of requirements, the Nord'Ways team has its work cut out for it.
For the indoor team, the Giulio model for the men was tested and the Cécilia for the women.
Results: thanks to its different characteristics the Giulio, men's service shoe obtains a satisfaction rate of: 77%
Conquered by its elegance and comfort, the room service team is delighted.
As for Cécilia, which confirms its core business: service with a score of + 93% satisfaction.
For the kitchen brigade, the models Brice, Bjorn, Navik, Sophie, Dan and Run Classic.
For women, the Sophie model has proven to be the most effective. With a satisfaction rate exceeding 73%, the Sophie model responds perfectly to the problems of women in the kitchen.
The Bjorn clog was very popular with the second in the kitchen, the Chef Yannick Faure : 91% satisfaction rate.
The Brice, the Dan and the Run Classic have been tested by the restaurant's pastry chefs. The Brice obtains a score of 96% and the Dan of 85%.
Jacques Bertrand is delighted to be one of the Nord'Ways ambassadors to test future prototypes of chef's shoes!
