Emblematic establishment of French gastronomy
La Pyramide, a two-star gourmet restaurant is located in Isère in the town of Vienne, a few kilometers from the capital of French gastronomy.

4 * Relais & Châteaux hotel, 2 * gourmet restaurant, relaxing terrace… The Pyramid owes its name to the pyramid-shaped obelisk opposite.
Chef Patrick Henriroux took over the restaurant la Pyramide in 1989 at the age of 31. He embarked on this adventure with his wife Pascale in order to restore the nobility to this fabulous establishment once run by one of the greatest French Chefs, Fernand Point.
His motto: have no limit, just the desire to please, surprise and delight!
7 months later, her first star was awarded and in 1992 the second arrived and they have not left since.
His cuisine, generous and subtle, is in his image:
Son of a farmer, Patrick Henriroux is attached to the Earth and this is reflected in these creations. Seasoning, accompaniment, vegetables are adorned with their most beautiful assets. The products are carefully chosen from local producers with whom the Chef wishes to maintain a relationship of trust.

La Pyramide is an emblematic place that has marked French gastronomy, nicknamed the Cauldron of French cuisine in the 30s, this establishment has seen the biggest names in gastronomy like Paul Bocuse, the Troigros brothers, Alain Chapel ...
A refined and relaxing atmosphere, an invitation to share and awaken the senses, especially the taste buds.
A unique and authentic conviviality, the Pyramid is a matter of family, passion and love. Patrick and Pascale Henriroux work with 2 of their 3 children all guided by the desire and the will to perpetuate the mythical history of this essential address in French gastronomy.
It is this authenticity and this family spirit that prompted us to offer to test the Nord'Ways models at the Chef's Brigade.
4 types of trades therefore 4 different models tested:
- The Bjorn, tested by chefs who found it comfortable thanks to good foot support and quality materials that prevent overheating, and easy to maintain thanks to the protective layer on the leather upper.
- Le Cécilia tested by female staff in the Relais et Châteaux hotel. The height of the heel was found to be perfect, highlighting the curve of the leg.
- The Patrice tested by the Chef and the hotel owners, find it very light and easy to maintain
- The Run Soft tested by the security man made one happy, he doesn't want to leave them anymore!
