Têtedoie restaurant is like a balcony over the city of Lyon. Placed on the Fourvière hill like a glass vessel, gastro has established itself as an essential place of Lyonnaise gastronomy. With its contemporary architecture, its chic and refined interior decoration, it is an address that is worth the detour for both the view and the taste buds.
Leader, Christian Tedoie, 1 Michelin star and Meilleur Ouvrier de France advocates generosity. For him, giving pleasure is the primary motivation for his cooking. A kitchen, intimate, instinctive and daring.
At 7 years, Christian Tedoie was offered by his uncle the book by Paul Bocuse: La cuisine du Marché. It was then that Christian knew he would become a cook!
At the age of 16 he obtained his CAP then at 17 he became Best Apprentice in France.
Among others Paul Bocuse, Georges Blanc and even the kitchens of the Elysée, he forges his experience. In 1986 Christian decided to open his own establishment, first on the Quai Jean Moulin in LYON, then on the Quai Pierre Scize. The address became essential in LYON, and the chef's efforts were rewarded by obtaining the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1996, then by 1 Michelin star in 2000.
In 2010, a new adventure began at the Antiquaille on the Fourvière hill.
A dynamic and particularly human Chef who likes to share his love for gastronomy.
His signature dish: Lobster casserole and calf's head cromesquis! A delight.
He chose to test the RUN CLASSIC safety basketball model, his testimony:
“I chose this pair of NordWays shoes because for me it's a trendy shoe and I like to have trendy shoes. For me, this shoe perfectly matches my personality as a chef who goes a little fast and moves all day! "
