The magnificent Domaine des Séquoias
It is in the middle of a 5 hectare park that the villa de Bousieu, a building from the 1840s, stands to welcome you in the best possible way for a gourmet and soothing break.
An authentic and warm place with contemporary decor.
On the restaurant side, it's the chef Eric Ham who officiates: 1 star in the Michelin guide, it offers an extraordinary culinary experience.
"After 7 years in the kitchen, receiving a Michelin star is like running the 100 meters in less than 10 seconds."
Computer scientist by profession and passionate about cooking, Eric Ham swapped the Data for the apron following his meeting with Paul Bocuse. One thing leading to another, Chef Eric jambon let himself be guided by his all-consuming passion for gastronomy and opened his own restaurant.
"When we have touched the client even at the level of his unconscious, it is won".
His approach can be defined as intellectual, for him this is what gives meaning to the profession of chef.
Eric Jambon is a Chef who leaves no room for chance and for his equipment it is the same observation.
